Class Descriptions for
Current Zoom Classes

 

Slow Flow

This class emphasizes gentle motions and awareness of breath in standing, seated and lying down postures. We move at a pace that balances effort with ease and work to balance the nervous system.



Movement & Stillness

This class begins with movement and progresses to stillness. We use breath, asana (yoga poses), and quiet focus as we work to calm the nervous system. The intention is that we will leave this class feeling calmed and refreshed.

This class is recommended for all levels looking for a soothing and relaxing experience.

In all mat classes, students need to be able to get up and down from the mat on their own.
