I fell in love with yoga almost 15 years ago.
I loved the science behind it but I also found that there was this amazing feeling of connection as well. Connection to my self, to the people around me, to a greater power. I decided that I needed to share this good feeling with others.
I started teaching yoga in 2011 and I have loved meeting and connecting with my students and sharing the transformative power of yoga with them.
Iām a married mother of two, a grandmother, an avid reader, a cook/baker, and I love to knit.
I'm an experienced yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance. I have taught over 2,000 hours of classes since I completed my yoga teacher training. I am also a trained Yoga 4 Cancer teacher.
