We learn to calm the mind so that the body can readjust, recover, and renew. On any given day, what we do and how we feel affects all parts of our being. We respond to problems physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Hi, I’m Nina G and I love teaching yoga!

I want to teach yoga that allows my students to notice feelings and their effects on all aspects of their being. This means that you don’t have to be super flexible, heroically strong, or able to balance on your fingertips to have a meaningful yoga practice.

We can all practice yoga.

 
There are so many blessings all around us - we put up umbrellas of distraction, of busy-ness, of ego. We need to fold away the umbrella and revel in the blessings.
